Rosa Charles de Mills

A tough shrub rose with upright smooth stems and mid green foliage.  1.5m tall.  Old fashioned quartered blooms of rich crimson with a tint of purple and a strong scent.  Summer flowering.  Tolerant of poor soils but best planted in full sun.
